Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the carrier's website or in your account at keramstore.com.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply based on your country's laws. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. KERAM is not responsible for customs delays.
